Usage:
Mix two scoops of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix with 8 ounces of either skim milk, low fat milk, soy milk (preferable), or even water. The patented Herbalife Shaker Cup was designed specifically for this shake and makes the perfect complement (highly recommended). Water is also essential to help your body perform well so drink lots of water throughout the day (8 glasses minimum)in addition to the shake.

Lactose Intolerant:
If you have trouble digesting dairy products consider using either our Instant Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, which has no milk or wheat or our Formula 1 Allergen Free, which is made from Rice, Pea and Sesame Protein instead of Soy, Wheat and Dairy protein.

Alternatively, use Soy Milk (the unsweetened kind) which is readily available, very long shelf life unopened, and has lower fat content than even 2% skim milk. Or use a Lactose-free milk such as Lactaid™ or just plain water.

For Weight Loss:
